South Boston NDC Executive Director Donna Brown is testified to the Massachusetts Joint Committee on Housing in support of Mayor Marty Walsh’s Linkage & IDP Home Rule Petition, which would expand the City of Boston’s ability to build and raise money for affordable housing. 

As the Mayor said in his State of the City address this week, “...housing is more than a commodity, it’s our community.”
