The BPDA is hosting a virtual public meeting on Thursday, Oct. 27 from 6-7:30 p.m. regarding South Boston NDC's proposed McDevitt Senior Homes project at 207 E Street Project. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.

South Boston NDC is proposing an adaptive reuse of McDevitt Hall, the former convent of the St. Augustine Parish. The proposed project consists of the renovation and an addition to the existing building to create 35 affordable apartments for seniors.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the overall project and its potential impacts.
