Investing in our community

Our 2019 donors helped create more than 30 permanently affordable homes in South Boston, and allowed us to make improvements that helped lower utility costs for 24 households. 

Donations to South Boston NDC are investments in the future of our neighborhood. This year more than 60 families, individuals and businesses invested in South Boston by supporting our work. Thank you!

Supporters receive $500 back for every $1,000 donated, thanks to the Community Investment Tax Credit (CITC) program. Through the CITC program, donations of $1,000 or more can earn the donor a 50% tax credit on Massachusetts income taxes. The tax credit reduces your tax bill or is added to your tax refund, and individual donors are eligible.
