Thank you for another successful Market season!

The South Boston Farmers Market closed for the season on Oct. 28. Thank you to all of the shoppers, vendors, staff, organizations, and entertainers who made the 2019 season a success!

The market is held Mondays from noon to 6 p.m., June through October, at 446 West Broadway (in front of the municipal parking lot). In addition to fresh produce and homemade goods from Massachusetts farms, the market also hosts special events each month and provides critical access to fresh, nutritious food for lower-income households through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Healthy Incentives Program (HIP).

We are always looking for dedicated staff and volunteers to help with the market. Planning for the coming season starts long before June! if you’d like to learn more, please get in touch. Stay up to date with market news - find us on FacebookTwitter and Instagram.

Thanks to the Fresh Truck, South Boston residents can still access fresh and affordable produce when the Farmers Market is closed. The Fresh Truck makes stops in South Boston on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and accepts cash, credit, and EBT/HIP at all locations. Click here for a map of Fresh Truck locations.
