OHS tenants rights workshop Jan. 26
A free Tenants Rights Workshop, hosted by the Office of Housing Stability, will be held Wednesday, Jan. 26, at 6 p.m. This workshop will provide information on your rights as a tenant.

We deserve affordability!
The developers of the Mary Ellen McCormack Redevelopment project are proposing to build almost 2,000 luxury units while replacing the existing 1,016 deeply affordable homes for current Mary Ellen McCormack residents.
But there are no plans for units for middle-income families.

Meet Amanda Alberda, SBNDC’s Newest Board Member
Even though she’s just 22 years old, Amanda Alberda is no stranger to neighborhood development corporations. She worked with Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation while a student at Boston College.
“I was excited about what NDCs were doing,” she said.
The assistant project manager for Trinity Financial, an affordable housing developer, is the newest board member and Treasurer for South Boston Neighborhood Development Corporation.
